The rules of the road.
These terms govern use of Corunner. Enterprise customers are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, which takes precedence where in conflict.
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Corunner service ("Corunner", "we", "us"), including the web app, integrations into communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, email), connections to systems of record, and any related materials.
By using Corunner, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Corunner on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Enterprise customers are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where in conflict.
The service
Corunner is an AI-powered business operating system that lives inside your communication tools and operates across your stack. The service includes:
- Integrations into your communication tools and systems of record.
- Organizational memory that learns and remembers your company's context.
- Asynchronous agents that propose and execute actions with human approval.
- An admin web app for onboarding, permissions, memory, analytics, and governance.
Corunner evolves continuously. New capabilities, model routing, and integrations may be added; deprecated paths may be retired with reasonable notice.
Accounts and access
Access to Corunner is provisioned by your organization's administrators. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately at security@corunner.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Corunner inherits the permissions of the actor on whose behalf it operates. It never escalates beyond what the operator can do.
Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit anyone to:
- Use Corunner to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of Corunner without authorization.
- Use Corunner to generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or harassing content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive model weights.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Corunner without a written agreement.
- Use Corunner to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
Customer data
You retain all rights to data you connect to Corunner and the organizational memory it builds. You grant Corunner a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
We do not use your data to train shared models. Multi-model routing decisions are made under contractual no-training terms with every provider on the path. See the security page for the architecture.
Intellectual property
Corunner, including all software, models, integrations, designs, and documentation, is owned by Corunner and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted beyond the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Feedback you provide may be used by Corunner without obligation. We appreciate it.
AI outputs and human approval
Corunner reasons probabilistically. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. Corunner is designed so that high-stakes actions route through human approval cards with rationale and citations.
You are responsible for the actions Corunner takes on your behalf — including those auto-approved by policies your administrators configure. Review approval policies regularly.
Third-party services
Corunner integrates with third-party services (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, CRM systems, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Corunner is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
Fees
Pricing is described on the pricing page and in your order form. Fees are due in advance and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. Your organization may terminate by following the process described in your order form or Master Services Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security threats, or non-payment after reasonable notice where appropriate.
On termination, organizational memory may be exported and purged. Deletes propagate end-to-end within 30 days.
Warranties and disclaimers
Corunner is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Enterprise customers receive contractual SLAs in their Master Services Agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corunner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
Aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Enterprise MSA terms may modify this limit.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corunner from claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of third-party rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where required otherwise by your local law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to administrators and surfaced in the admin web app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
